MAKEUP BY MARIO systems fulfill orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to cancel or edit an order after it has begun processing.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. The delivery companies will often mark a package delivered once handed off to the local post office before it is physically delivered. Kindly allow 2 additional business days while we wait for our shipping company to update delivery status. Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $35 and over (excluding taxes). If you reach Gold Status with our loyalty program, standard shipping is free on all purchases for US and International.

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. 

We do not recommend using a freight forwarding address.  If you choose to use a package forwarding company to ship your order MAKEUP BY MARIO will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe that they have been delivered to a package forwarding company.
